State Farm Insurance Office of "Tavakoli Inc" is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. If you are a

income and growth potential. As an Office Representative, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community
to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• The ability to conduct needs-based selling, including Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, and increase sales in a

competitive marketplace.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance

availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

• While sales ability is an important part of this position, it is equally important that the right candidate enjoys working with people and has a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone’s life. Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Requirement:

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
